Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are as per the standard India POst Timelines. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
TouchwoodGifts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays).
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
TouchwoodGifts will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@touchwoodgifts.in
TouchwoodGifts have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Delivery of certain items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances. In such cases, similar product, nearest to description shall be delivered. Conformation would be taken from the customer for the same through email.
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
Delivery / Shipping is based on the Invoice value. For Invoice value less than Rs. 599, the delivery charges is Rs. 50. For Invoice value greater than Rs. 599, the delivery charges is free of cost.
The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in Touchwood. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
TouchwoodGifts process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners.
There are no taxes except Octroi Charges.
